1. What is Allo LinkPass Program ?
This program is one of our ways to show appreciation to Allo loyal customers who terminate their service by rewarding them if successfully referring new customers to subscribe to any Allo Fiber package.
2. What type of reward will be given ?
The reward given is RM50 to the referrer for every new customer they refer who subscribes to any Allo Fiber package.
3. How the reward will be given to referrer ?
- Referrer has an outstanding amount: The reward will first be deducted from the outstanding amount. Any remaining balance will be credited to the referrer’s bank account.
- Referrer has no outstanding amount: The full reward will be credited directly to the referrer’s bank account as provided in the termination form.
4. Who is eligible for this program (referrer) ?
All Allo Fiber Customers who are in the process of terminating their service are eligible to participate.
5. Who is eligible for this program (new customer) ?
Any customer residing within Allo RFS areas is eligible to subscribe.
6. When will I receive my reward ?
The reward will be credited to the referrer’s bank account within 30 working days from the new customer’s activation date.
7. How will I know if my referral link or QR code is used?
You will receive an email notification once a new customer applies using your referral link or QR code.
8. How can I confirm my reward eligibility ?
You may contact our careline or email us to check your referral and reward status. |

10. Can I self-refer to myself ?
Self-referrals are not allowed.
11. What if new customer order are being rejected after submission ?
Referrer will not entitled for the Allo Linkpass Program reward if order been cancelled, rejected, or incomplete.
12. Why I have not yet received my reward after my referee submitted the application or activated ?
It may be caused by wrong bank account details which provided in termination form or application submit is not yet activated.
Terms and Condition (TnC)
- Allo LinkPass Program only applicable to those customers who want to terminate Allo Fiber Service.
- No rewards will be given for cancelled, rejected, or incomplete applications.
- Rewards will be granted to the referrer whose link or QR code is used during application submission.
- Referrers must provide accurate bank details. Allo is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect information.
- Allo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
- Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
- Other general terms and conditions remained.
