REFERENCE ACCESS OFFER
This Reference Access Offer (“RAO”) is issued in compliance with the Commission Determination on Access List (Determination No. 6 of 2021) (“Access List”), the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No. 1 of 2022) (“MSA”), and the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access Pricing (Determination No. 1 of 2023) (“MSAP”).
The RAO sets out the terms and conditions governing access to the network facilities and network services listed in the Access List, as provided by Allo Technology Sdn Bhd.
