What is the Refer & Earn Program?
The Refer & Earn Program rewards you for introducing your friends and family to Allo. When someone you refer successfully activates Allo Fibre, you will receive up to RM50 bill rebate.
Is the Refer & Earn programme still ongoing?
Yes. Due to the overwhelming response, the Allo Fibre Refer & Earn programme has been extended and will continue until further notice.
How do I refer someone?
It’s easy!
1️⃣ Log in to the Allo Self-Care Portal & tap Settings
2️⃣ Tap Copy Referral Code — your referral code begins with PA***
3️⃣ Share your code together with this link: allo.my/allofibre
Remind your friend to paste the valid referral code during registration.
Note: Any adjustment to the referral code after submission will not be entertained.
Who can refer friends (Referrer)?
All existing Allo customers are eligible to participate as Referrers.
Who can be referred (Referee)?
You may refer your friends or family members to subscribe to Allo Fibre.
What do I get as a Referrer?
For every successful referral:
- You will receive up to RM50 bill rebate.
- The rebate will be credited to your account in the 2nd month from your bill after your friend’s successful activation.
Key reminders for Referrer rebates:
- Rebates are only given if your referred friend successfully activation after insert referral code at our allo.my/allofibre/ and remains active at the time the rebate is processed
- If you refer more than 10 customers, you will receive up to RM50 rebates for 10 months in your bill.
What does my friend get as a Referee?
Your friend will enjoy Allo’s attractive promotions and fast, reliable home internet when they sign up.
I’m subscribed to the 100Mbps package and enjoying the promotional price of below RM50. Am I eligible for the RM50 rebate?
Yes, you are eligible for a rebate of up to RM50. However, the rebate you receive will be equivalent to your current subscription fee. Terms and conditions apply.
If I’m still under the 6-month promo and I join the Refer & Earn program, am I eligible and how will I receive the rebate?
Yes, you are still eligible. If you successfully refer a friend during your 6-month promotional period, you will receive a rebate of up to RM50, which will be credited to your 7th-month bill. For customers on the 100Mbps plan, you will receive a full rebate of RM49. Terms and conditions apply
If I share my referral code, can they register through allo.my?
No. The Refer & Earn program is only valid for registrations made through allo.my/allofibre
Can I refer myself if I have another line with a different provider?
Yes, you may refer yourself — but you must use different personal details.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There is no limit. You can refer as many people as you like until 31 December 2025. For example, if 5 people you referred activate Allo Fibre, you will receive a rebate up to RM50 for each month for 5 months.
If I successfully refer my friend or family member and then terminate my broadband subscription, will I still be entitled to the rewards?
Yes, the rebate will be credited to your final bill. However, if you have successfully referred more than one person, the maximum rebate that can be credited is up to RM50. Any remaining amount will be forfeited. Terms and conditions apply.
If I have successfully referred someone and their account is already active, but I don’t see the rebate on my bill, who should I contact?
If you did not receive your rebate on your bill after your referee’s account has been activated, please contact our Careline at 1300-38-8000 or email us at customerservice@allo.my for further assistance.
