What is Pakej MyGov*Net all about?
Pakej MyGov is the package offered by Allo to provide special broadband packages to key public institutions. Currently, Allo Technology is supporting the initiative, focuses on schools (SchoolNet) and healthcare facilities under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM). This offering aims to deliver reliable and affordable internet services, especially in rural areas, to enhance digital accessibility. The Pakej MyGov*Net is available now until further notice.
Who is eligible for the Pakej Offering?
The Pakej MyGov*Net is open to government schools, healthcare facilities under KKM or any public institution who participated in the MyGov*Net initiatives.

What are the benefits of this package?
Eligible public institution will entitled special package rates established under this government initiative with customized contract terms. Terms & Conditions apply.
How am I entitled to the promotional package price once I have subscribed to the broadband service?
- For 3-year contract:
Customers will receive an advance invoice in 1st bill whereby the invoice will consist of prorated charges and full month charges. The discounted price will be reflected in full month bill up to 36 months. The retail price will be automatically imposed on the 37th months bill onwards.
- For 1-year contract:
Customers will receive an advance invoice in 1st bill whereby the invoice will consist of prorated charges and full month charges. The discounted price will be reflected in full month bill up to 36 months. The retail price will be automatically imposed on the 13th months bill onwards.
- For 10-month contract
Customers will receive an advance invoice in 1st bill whereby the invoice will consist of prorated charges and full month charges. The discounted price will be reflected in full month bill up to 10 months. The retail price will be automatically imposed on the 11th months bill onwards.
What if customers terminate the service within the contract period?
For the early termination, customers will be charged RM500 or the remaining balance of the contract months (whichever is higher).
